Joyce Bo

Joyce Bo is Executive Vice President, Core Payments, Asia Pacific at Mastercard. She leads Mastercard’s Core Payments business across Asia Pacific, covering consumer products, digital platforms, payment acceptance, payment networks, account-to-account capabilities, optimization and digital assets. Before joining Mastercard, Bo was General Manager leading payment innovation and the policy center of Alipay+, Ant International’s global wallet gateway. During more than six years with the company, she helped develop and commercialize payment solutions and oversaw rules and policy, pricing and foreign-exchange strategy. She previously led strategic investments across Asia and worked in investment banking and private equity in Hong Kong with Morgan Stanley and HSBC. Bo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is listed as a speaker in two Singapore FinTech Festival 2026 sessions: a session on payment acceptance and economic participation, and a panel on cross-border payment cooperation.
