Yeo See Peng is a decorated former Brigadier-General of the Singapore Armed Forces who led 22,500 officers & soldiers through some of the SAF’s toughest years. After his military service, he steered the largest taxi fleet in Western Australia to dominate 90% of the market. He also worked as the Senior Director of Operations in the bus sector, and won the 2024 LTA Excellence Award and the 2022 Excellence Bus Award. Today he drives AI-tutoring for disadvantaged students at KiteSense to enable them to gain resilience. He blogs at “I Read, I Write, and I’ll Speak” on the topic of resilience. He is also writing his autobiography entitled, “From Battlefield to Boardroom”.
